Hawk Concept
The Hawk Concept is a three-wheeler single-seat vehicle that combines a motorcycle-engine with the comfort and safety of a car. It was created by designer Alex Hodge.
The Hawk Concept is powered by a Honda RC51 V-twin 999cc engine with 120 hp and a theoretical top speed of 233 km/h.
The 19-inch alloy wheels are equipped with twin rear and front disc brakes.
The outer shell is designed to be made out of fiberglass and mounted on a light-alloy chassis. The interior combines of moulded plastic and leather trim.
About the Designer
Alex Hodge has a bachelor of Product and Industrial design from the Otago Institute of Design.
He currently works as a product designer for Escea gas fires, based in Dunedin, New Zealand.
Lexus Wide-View Cameras
Nudge forward out of a garage, and cameras mounted on the grille and under the passenger-side mirror on the 2008 Lexus LX57 see around the corners before you do, sparing pedestrians that cross your path. A second camera provides a view of the ground beside the vehicle, so you don’t scuff those new tires on the curb. The navigation screen can display both views simultaneously. lexus.com
